The rainstorm last weekend took a toll on the Northeast with several thousand homes losing power. It is a week since the storm and slowly power has been restored in most places. We were lucky to have power but lost cable, which meant no internet, TV, or phone. And, that was a problem for me as I couldn't blog!My neighborhood was in the path of the storm as you can tell from these pictures.....and fortunately there was no one in the ambulance at the time the tree decided to find a new resting place!
